Unit demolition and construction

The Smart CI team were awarded and appointed as main contractor for the design and build development of over 700sqm of warehouse space. The design team developed a proposal for the demolition of 3No existing warehouse units for replacement with 2No units (650sqm and 100sqm). The summary of services provided are as follows:

• Design development from inception
• Production of architectural drawings
• Planning application submittal and management
• Building control liason
• Demolition of existing units including asbestos removal and foundation excavation
• Construction of new foundation slab and new composite panel warehouse units
